Our Client is among the oldest and largest privately held chain of 5-Star deluxe Hotels in India with the owner/chairman involved in decisions. The company was going through a rough patch as they had a GM's position vacant for several months and the earlier ones in this position were employed only for a short period with the group. They contacted R&B for executive search and advisory services. The Client wanted a GM who could lead the team in laying down the brand service standards, inculcate them amongst the team members, improve guest scores, focus on both upper and bottom line of business and make the hotel a leader in the RevPar position.

The Outcome
